Practice, Explore and Open!

One Body Yoga sessions support overall health and well-being with Mindful Breath and Movement for All. Sessions restore ease and calm, help manage and relieve stress, and build strength and flexibility. Practitioners cultivate resilience and joy “on and off the mat” and connect with your inner wisdom. (Results may vary). Customized, accessible practices for every body include Chair Yoga; Gentle Yoga Stretch; Short-on-time Gentle Yoga; and Mixed-Level, Multi-Generation Family sessions.

With lots of encouragement, a sprinkling of humor, and sometimes poetry, practice with One Body Yoga focuses on safety and includes:

  • Mindfulness

  • Balance (both physical and energetic)

  • Strengthening

  • Flexibility

  • Inspiration
